- Active license to practice law in Illinois (or eligible for admission).
- 3-7 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on insurance defense and personal injury law.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client service.
- Ability to manage independent responsibilities while collaborating as part of a team.
