About the Role
As an Insurance Fraud Litigation Attorney, you will investigate and litigate insurance fraud cases, prepare and present cases in court, negotiate settlements, and provide legal advice to clients. You will also collaborate with other legal professionals and stay updated on changes in insurance law while developing strategies to prevent fraud.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance fraud litigation.
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction.
- Experience with RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) cases.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of successfully litigating insurance fraud cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
