About the Role
As the Insurance Product Forms Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, improving processes for forms development, maintaining forms inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement forms that meet business needs and support the customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) product coverage requirements and development, with at least 1 year of people leadership.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) regulatory experience and knowledge of state filing requirements.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to coverage language and form construction of P&C personal lines products.
- Proficient in conducting regulatory research.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with forms management tools such as Mozart.
- Related insurance, legal and regulatory certifications and/or degrees.
- Experience with personal property products and personal lines auto.
