You will have access to exclusive, qualified direct mail leads and will work with top-rated insurance carriers. The role emphasizes no cold calling, allowing you to focus on closing deals with ease and earning commissions based on your activity and sales.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
- State life insurance license (assistance provided to obtain if not currently licensed).
- Clean criminal background (background check with fingerprinting required).
- Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually.
Preferred:
- Ethical, self-disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Performance-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Independent, teachable/coachable, and honest.
- Passionate about educating clients.
Benefits
- Commission levels vary between 70% - 140% annual premium written per policy.
- Average commission per sale is $750.
