About You
- Master’s Degree in Human Services or a related field.
- 2 years of Child Welfare Supervisory experience.
- Expertise in clinical interventions with various clients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Illinois juvenile court system.
- Excellent written communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working with abused and neglected children.
- Demonstrated success in meeting performance objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads.
