About You
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Prior experience in legal intake, personal injury, customer service, or sales strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and case management systems is a plus.
- Bilingual skills such as Spanish, Korean, or Chinese are highly preferred.
