Summary
Point of Rental Software is seeking an Integrated Payments Specialist to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. The role involves supporting the Integrated Payments initiative by ensuring customers successfully adopt and implement the payments platform.
About the Role
As an Integrated Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, coordinating technical onboarding tasks, and managing follow-through for larger projects. You will engage with customers to drive payment adoption, work with partners to resolve implementation issues, and lead execution for complex customer rollouts. Additionally, you will handle inbound requests for rate reviews and contract adjustments to support long-term customer retention.
About You
Required:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or SaaS operations.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
Preferred:
- Energetic and confident phone presence; professional email communication.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve independently.
