About the Role
As an Integration and Test Engineer IV, you will manage complex projects, develop test documentation, and oversee integration and testing processes for unmanned tactical aircraft and target platforms. You will act as the lead engineer, providing direction to other engineers, preparing formal engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring junior engineers and supporting business development efforts.
About You
Required:
- BS Degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Software, Computer Engineering, or Physics).
- Minimum 11 years of related experience in Integration and Test engineering, including full program life cycle from proposal to project close out.
- Experience in large program cost account management.
Preferred:
- Minimum 6 years of lead engineer experience in the aerospace industry.
