Summary
PingPong Payments is seeking an Integration Manager to join their team in New York City. The role involves ensuring clients have a world-class experience in scoping, integrating, and using embedded products within their technology stack.
About the Role
As the Integration Manager, you will be the client-facing contact responsible for managing expectations during complex product implementations. Your responsibilities include scoping client requests, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and leading the day-to-day relationship with clients. You will also facilitate onboarding, manage service tickets, and ensure customer satisfaction post-integration.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in implementation or service delivery in Enterprise B2B SaaS with API integration.
- Strong technical acumen and detail-oriented with the ability to learn software and teach end-users.
- Experience with client support and/or technical account management.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle process.
Preferred:
- Educated with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) both in writing and speaking.
