About the Role
As the Integrations and AI Manager, you will build and manage a portfolio of AI agents and internal tools, ensuring seamless integration across various business systems. You will design and support internal products using React/TypeScript and Node.js/Go, evaluate GenAI platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation and AI-driven solutions. Your hands-on approach will involve coding, reviewing pull requests, and participating in design discussions while operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration, internal tooling, and intelligent automation.
- Experience in developing first-party software products for business operations.
- Proven ability to architect and deliver full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.
- Deep understanding of cross-system integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms and agent frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
