Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Behavioral Health Professional to join their team in Sunbury, PA. The role involves supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by promoting person-centered care and developing behavioral support plans.
About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized behavioral support plans. Your daily tasks will include promoting Person-Centered Planning, designing teaching strategies, utilizing data collection systems, training staff, collaborating with clinical teams, and maintaining professional relationships with individuals served and their families.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- One year of postgraduate experience in behavioral treatment for individuals with IDD.
- Ability to respond effectively in high-stress or critical situations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
Preferred:
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
