About You
- Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
- Current member in good standing of a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar Association.
- At least 3 years of experience in legal practice, including experience in intellectual property law.
- Experience in trademark, copyright, rights of publicity, patents, and/or trade secrets.
- Ability to prepare pretrial briefs, motions, and pleadings with minimal supervision.
