About the Role
As a Legal Practice Specialist, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks including trial preparation, managing court filings, conducting legal research, and maintaining attorney schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures, preparing legal documents, and supporting attorneys during trials.
About You
Required:
- At least five (5) years of Intellectual Property Litigation experience.
- Knowledge of California court rules and civil procedures, including electronic filing in File & ServeXpress and PACER.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with trial procedures and logistics.
- Strong client service skills and ability to handle confidential information.
