- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or four (4) years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge and skills in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify and resolve procedural or factual issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
- Ability to apply complex direction and standard operating procedures.
