About the Role
As an Intensive Home Based Family Services - Clinician, you will work with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver meaningful change for children and families. Your responsibilities will include meeting with families multiple times a week, developing relationships with community partners, and providing trauma-informed services. You will also have the opportunity to work with small caseloads and receive extensive training and support for your professional development.
About You
Required:
- A Master’s degree in a human services field with eligibility for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- 2 years of behavioral health experience if not license eligible.
- Experience in home and community settings.
- Understanding of healthy child development and family systems.
- Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Bilingual ability (Language Differential of $2,000 available).
- Flexibility in schedule including some evenings and potential for weekend meetings.
- Computer proficiency.
