About the Role
As an Intensive LPN, you will be part of the REACH Team, providing healthcare-related crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals receiving therapeutic services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating healthcare services across providers and delivering healthcare-related training to individuals and staff. The role involves working in a facility that provides 24/7 crisis stabilization supports.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- A valid Virginia Practical Nurse License (LPN) is required.
- At least 2 years of applicable experience supporting individuals with behavioral health and/or developmental disabilities.
Preferred:
- Additional compensation for new employees who speak multiple languages.
