About the Role
As an Interim Administrator, you will serve as a liaison between the governing body and Center personnel, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest ethical standards in service delivery, recruiting and retaining quality personnel, and representing the Center in the community. Additionally, you will participate in the development and implementation of long-term goals for the organization.
About You
Required:- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in long-term care or similar experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Preferred:- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
