About the Role
As the Interim Director of Case Management & Social Work, you will guide operational performance, optimize patient flow, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. You will oversee case management and social work across three hospital sites, manage a team of 50 FTEs and 3 direct reports, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance staffing, patient flow, and post-acute care coordination.
About You
Required:
- VA or Compact RN Licensure required.
- Experience in hospital case management and post-acute care coordination required.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to assess staffing priorities and realign resources as needed.
- Masters required.
Preferred:
- Case Management certification preferred, or must obtain within one year of hire.
