About the Role
As an Interim Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and financial analysis to support various departments. You will also update fixed asset accounting, maintain inventory valuations, assist in budget preparation, and analyze budgets and forecasts. Establishing strong relationships with senior leadership to provide finance/accounting support is essential.
About You
Required:
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
- Three to Five years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on cost accounting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Strong Excel spreadsheet capabilities.
Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA.
- Proficiency in Business Objects, HFM, FAS, JDE, or any large ERP experience.
- Very high attention to detail and good organizational skills.
