Summary
HOK is seeking an Interiors Practice Leader to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves supervising project teams and leading the development and execution of practice area initiatives.
About the Role
As an Interiors Practice Leader, you will collaborate with Practice Principals to develop strategic practice planning and marketing strategies, mentor project managers and design teams, and foster a culture of client service. You will also participate in business development, identify new opportunities, and support staff development through evaluations and continuing education.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent in education or experience.
- 15 years’ experience in architectural practice with prior management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Interior Design.
- NCARB registration if registered Architect.
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate.
