As an Intermediate Architect with Interior Designer Focus, you will be responsible for designing and working on interiors at different scales, managing workflow, and translating creative designs into drawings. You will collaborate within a culturally diverse office and contribute to both ground-up and adaptive re-use projects.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or interior architecture.
- Strong design portfolio with direct experience designing and working on interiors.
- 3-6 years of experience in a NYC professional architecture & design office.
- Creative design skills and ability to translate design into drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage workflow and time.
Preferred:
- Understanding of multifamily residential projects.
- Strong computer skills in AutoCAD or Revit, Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
Benefits
- Salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
- Full-time position with benefits commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
