Summary
STORE Capital is seeking motivated Interns for the Spring Cycle 2026 to join their Internship Program in Scottsdale, AZ, focusing on Marketing, Acquisitions, Data Analytics, and Underwriting and Portfolio Management teams.
About the Role
As an Intern, you will gain real-world experience and mentorship in the finance and real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include supporting underwriting efforts, analyzing financial statements, assisting in marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to contribute to strategic decision-making.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional or volunteer experience in a customer service role.
- Junior or Senior studying Finance, Business, or Real Estate or related area.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, and or related area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently while possessing a team attitude.
- Effective at time and task management.
- Ability to think critically and assist in preparing financial analysis.
- Basic ability to understand and interpret corporate financial concepts.
- Can commit to working a minimum of 20-25 hours in person at our Scottsdale Office.
Preferred:
- Eager and willing to learn the processes of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
