About the Role
As a Manufacturing Leadership Intern, you will assist in executing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving production KPIs, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. You will communicate regularly with production teams to meet production goals and lead teams with a focus on development.
About You
Required:
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field for the entire duration of internship.
- Knowledge of lean and six sigma concepts.
Preferred:
- Junior level status.
- GPA: 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
