About the Role
As an Operations Leadership Co-Op, you will support production schedules, execute resource reviews, ensure product and process quality compliance, drive productivity and financial performance, implement lean manufacturing principles, and provide leadership and guidance to production operators. This internship will last a minimum of 7/8 months and a maximum of 12 months.
About You
Required:
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field for the entire duration of internship.
- Knowledge of lean and six sigma concepts.
Preferred:
- Junior level status.
- GPA: 3.0 or higher.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Valuable leadership skills including the ability to delegate and inspire.
- Strong communication skills.
