About the Role
As an Intern in the Worker's Compensation Claims department, you will work with internal and external customers to retrieve and relay information relevant to claims. Your responsibilities will include providing customer service, gathering information, making decisions using critical thinking, and participating in professional development workshops. You will also help create a positive team environment and gain a better understanding of the insurance industry.
About You
Required:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or any Business function with anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and research skills.
Preferred:
- Record of high achievement and self-motivation.
- Ability to multi-task and accomplish competing priorities.
- Ability to analyze/reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations.
