As the Internal and Executive Communications Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to craft high-quality communication materials, lead internal speaking opportunities, and ensure message alignment across channels. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex ideas into compelling narratives and measuring communication effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing communications that lead business alignment and cultural engagement.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and provide strategic counsel.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, consumer banking, or technology-driven businesses.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of deposits, payments, and digital product ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
