About the Role
As the Internal Audit/SOX - Director, you will provide services related to process and controls, risk assessment, and controls testing methodologies across the three lines of defense. You will be responsible for making impactful decisions, maintaining executive-level client relationships, and shaping the direction of client engagements. Your leadership will drive business growth and ensure adherence to professional and technical standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in management within a professional services firm or large enterprise.
Preferred:
- CIA, CPA or CISA certification.
- Proficiency in process and controls, risk assessment.
- Knowledge of IT general controls, data privacy, IT security.
- Understanding of Corporate Governance and Sarbanes Oxley Act.
- Experience in financial and operational fraud risk management.
- Familiarity with anti-corruption and anti-bribery measures.
