About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
- 10+ years of working experience, preferably at a Big 4 accounting or financial services firm.
- Knowledgeable in insurance processes and risk management.
- Relevant experience with insurance regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CPCU, CLU, or other insurance designations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Benefits
- Base salary range of $170k–$215k.
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance.
