- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience.
- 6 years of relevant audit or equivalent experience, preferably in a large accounting firm or internal audit/controls position.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar area of study.
- CPA certification.
