- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of prior internal audit or public accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of operational and financial controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with policy compliance audits in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
