About the Role
As an Internal Communications Manager Vice President, you will act as a strategic advisor to executives, develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, and lead the planning of key employee events. You will ensure that employees receive crucial information in real-time, create engaging content, and measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of communications experience in a large-matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or public relations.
- Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leaders.
- Excellent writing skills with an audience-first mindset.
- Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial services and Payments industry.
- Additional software skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AI large language models).
