About the Role

As the Internal Controls Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls across various areas of the Bank. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with control owners to evaluate processes, identifying risks, and recommending improvements. You will also assist in financial reporting, CECL calculations, and participate in ad-hoc projects.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting.
A minimum of three years of progressive experience in SOX/ICFR compliance, internal audit, public accounting, or financial reporting in a public entity.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, COSO Internal Control Framework, and PCAOB auditing standards.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred:

Professional certification (CPA, CIA, etc.).
Financial services industry experience.
Ability to assess complex business processes and make practical recommendations.
