Summary
Lockton is seeking an Internal Operations Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to the Commercial Insurance Department Account teams in Denver, CO.
About the Role
As an Internal Operations Specialist, you will assist in the Account renewal process, set up clients in AutoCert, order loss run information, and provide support in new or lost business processes. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, review insurance requirements, maintain applications and systems, prepare evidence of coverage forms, and ensure accuracy in invoicing. Additionally, you will handle complex billing situations, advise account teams on certificate requests, and train teams on relevant workflows.
About You
Required:
- GED/High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous office experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
