Nationwide is seeking an Internal Retirement Specialist in Brea, CA to provide retirement plan expertise and support to participants, helping them prepare for their financial future.
About the Role
As an Internal Retirement Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from participants, providing education and guidance on their retirement plans. You will initiate calls to discuss contribution levels, complete account reviews, calculate retirement projections, and build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists. Your role will involve applying knowledge of industry trends and providing consultative advice to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses, Life and Health license are required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales driven position.
Preferred:
- Experience in a sales call center environment.
- Knowledge of defined contribution plans.
