About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs.
- Proficient in computer usage and ability to navigate various software systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
