As an International Account Associate, you will be responsible for daily support of international accounts, including order processing, communication, and follow-up. You will coordinate purchase orders, analyze business trends, maintain records in Salesforce, and prepare sales reports. Occasional travel to Canada for account visits and training is required.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of proven wholesale experience or equivalent in luxury, home soft goods or related industry
- General knowledge of key accounts for territory
- Understanding of basic Retail Math
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for excellent customer service
- Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Willingness to embrace and act according to Matouk’s Statement of Purpose & Beliefs
- Occasional travel required
