Summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an International Compliance Officer to join their team in Tampa, FL. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining an effective international/export control compliance program.

About the Role

As the International Compliance Officer, you will direct all international compliance functions of the Compliance Office, serve as an Empowered Official, conduct international compliance risk assessments, and oversee the development of compliance work plans and audits. You will also provide guidance and strategic consultation on import/export decisions, maintain knowledge of international compliance in healthcare, and deliver education and training to staff.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Health Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Research Administration, or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in export control, research, compliance, law, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience as a supervisor, team/project lead, or above.

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in Law, Health Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Research Administration, or a related field.
CUSECO (Certified US Export Compliance Officer) or ECoP (Export Compliance Professional).
Experience with Compliance 360 or other GRC systems.
Experience with Visual Compliance.
