As an International Legal Billing and Collection Specialist, you will manage the full monthly billing cycle, prepare and review invoices, ensure compliance with client billing requirements, and proactively oversee international receivables. You will work closely with attorneys and international clients, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent client service skills. Responsibilities include processing checks, posting cash receipts, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

About You

Required:

5+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm environment.
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) for communication with international clients.

Preferred:

Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with legal billing systems such as SurePoint (LMS)/Rippe & Kingston, Aderant, Elite, 3E, or similar platforms.

Base annual salary range of $85k–$105k.
