- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance-based lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, written and verbal.
- Experience working in Japan or a solid track record of marketing to Japanese consumers.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance marketing.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to perform quality control on Japanese-language materials.
- In-depth local knowledge of Japanese culture and society.
