- 5–7 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding, including Ocean, Air, Drayage, and Intermodal/Rail.
- 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms, documentation, customs procedures, and compliance.
- Experience with TMS platforms such as CargoWise.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
