About the Role

As an International Patient Services Coordinator 1, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for international patients, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality service. Your tasks will include coordinating transfers and admissions, handling inquiries from potential patients, verifying insurance benefits, and following up on new business leads. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.

About You

Required:

Associates degree.
Strong customer service experience in a revenue-driven environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with both verbal and written skills.
Computer literacy with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of medical terminology.

Preferred:

Experience working in a medical setting.
Flexibility to cover shifts during business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
