About the Role
As an International Registered Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with clients, assisting with their everyday needs, and providing service coverage for Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. Your duties will include executing transactions, answering client inquiries, onboarding clients, and supporting marketing strategies. You will also manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining travel itineraries, and preparing expense reports.
About You
Required:
- Trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
- Two or more years of industry experience.
Preferred:
- College degree.
- Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, and mutual funds.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
