About the Role
As an International Retirement Actuarial Associate, you will utilize your analytical and communication skills to manage retirement plans, act as a project manager on client accounts, produce high-quality work on complex issues, and communicate effectively with clients. You will also implement new ideas, stay updated on market conditions, and promote personal and professional development within the team.
About You
Required:
- Academic background in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related degree.
- Outstanding communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent actuarial technical skills, including experience with US GAAP pension accounting standards.
- Progressing towards, or achieved, ASA/FSA actuarial designation (or a comparable non-US designation).
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience within retirement/benefits consultancy.
- Prior experience of working with multinational companies.
