- CPA, JD, or equivalent credential.
- A minimum of twelve years of public accounting experience focused on international tax planning and compliance.
- Proven track record of leadership, practice growth, and business development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. international tax laws, transfer pricing, and tax treaties.
- Experience with cross-border transactions, M&A, intellectual property, and supply chain planning.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and managing a significant portfolio of international engagements.
- Ability to translate complex tax concepts into actionable advice.
- Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to travel for firm objectives and client engagements.
- Master’s in Taxation (MTax, MST) or Master’s in Law (LL.M.)
