About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience in tax services
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other relevant credentials
Preferred:
- Experience with cross-border M&A transactions
- Prior tax due diligence experience
- Knowledge of public accounting practices or corporate tax departments
- Ability to analyze financial statements and improve tax efficiencies
