Summary
Apogee is seeking an International Treaties and Agreements SME to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10) in Arlington, VA. The role involves providing strategic deterrence and nuclear integration expertise.
About the Role
As an International Treaties and Agreements SME, you will serve as the primary Government point of contact for treaty-related matters, provide guidance on Air Force requirements, monitor treaty applicability, support with historical and current treaty implications, draft recommendations, deliver briefings, and respond to Government inquiries.
About You
Required:
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must have and be able to maintain TS/SCI level clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Twenty-five (25) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including fifteen (15) years of DoD experience.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Twenty (20) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including twelve (12) years of DoD experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of specific treaties/agreements.
- Experience with implementation and compliance activities.
- Knowledge of Air Staff, JS, and OSD organization.
- Familiarity with current policy issues.
- Knowledge of ACES or similar treaty-reporting databases.
- Experience with international arms treaties.
