Summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Internship Summer 2026 - Technology, Program Management (Design Team) intern to join their team in Fort Mill, SC. The role involves researching, designing, and prototyping new product/service offerings while collaborating with the design team.

About the Role

As a Program Management intern for the Design Team, you will play a critical role in cross-functional efforts to identify new product opportunities and develop business case inputs. Your internship will include an individual project to be presented to senior leadership and hands-on experience with ongoing innovation product management efforts.

About You

Required:

Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with an expected graduation date by May 2027.
Classroom experience directly related to your preferred role.

Preferred:

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
