About the Role
As an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist III, you will be actively involved in all phases of the peri-procedural process, manipulating procedural instrumentation, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring the maintenance of a sterile field. You will function independently for basic procedures and assist in advanced procedures under minimal supervision, while also being responsible for emergency on-call duties.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- Graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Training Program.
- Graduate from an accredited Allied Health Program.
- 1-3 years of experience in the cardiovascular specialty.
- RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Upon Hire.
- ABLS - Advanced Burn Life Support Upon Hire.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Upon Hire.
- ACLS Upon Hire.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated familiarity with normal vs. abnormal cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and interventional supplies and equipment operation.
