JPS Health Network is seeking an Invasive Specialist - IR to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves assisting patients undergoing invasive procedures, including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during procedures.

About the Role

As an Invasive Specialist - IR, you will be responsible for checking equipment, recording hemodynamic data, documenting patient procedures, performing routine procedures like EKGs, and ensuring sterile techniques during invasive procedures. You will also assist with patient transportation, perform equipment quality control, and participate in radiation safety principles.

About You

Required:

Associates degree in radiology or invasive cardiovascular from an allied health program.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), with limited state radiology license.
Current JPS recognized Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire and maintained current throughout employment in Cardiovascular Services.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 days of hire and maintained current throughout employment in Cardiovascular Services.
Must pass Electrocardiography (EKG) examination within 90 days of hire to Cardiovascular Services (Cath Lab & EP).

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in specialized field of cardiovascular technician, EMT, respiratory therapy or radiology.
