About the Role
About You
- 4 or more years’ experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution environments and inventory replenishment methods.
- 4 or more years of experience directly supervising/leading teams of 20 or more associates.
- Direct experience in Kitting and/or order fulfillment.
- Direct experience managing inventory and conducting root cause analysis.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- SAP Experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply-chain management.
- SAP Experience (SAP WM).
- Project management experience with proven delivery of improvement projects in a manufacturing or order fulfillment environment.
- LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause, and Continuous Improvement skills.
- APICS/CPM Accreditation.
